Refund policy

Salt Atelier has a 7-day return policy, in which the customer needs to inform us of exchanges and courier the product back to us.

We will accept returns solely for products are damaged caused by the manufacturer or in delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and we also require proof of purchase.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Shipping is non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on our side. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at your expense.

If your return is approved, we will be responsible for shipping.
